ChangZhou ShuGuang Chemical Factory was founded in 1959. It lies ChangZhou--an economic-advanced coastal city of JiangSu Province. It is the key high-tech enterprise of state "Torch Plan"and the high-tech company of Jiangsu province. It is a enterprise of exemption from inspection as well. It's also be appraised as the "Enterprise with Super Credit Standing(AAA)" by Construction Bank of China.

2. A, RS, RH series Rubber adhesives, widely used in rubber tyre and adhesive tape industries, filling in the gap of domestic industry.
3. Metal processing additive series product, has four types totally more than 50 varieties of clean type, antirust type, cooling fluid and steel mill process oil. They are serving chronically for Shanghai Baoshan Steel, Ma'anshan Steel works, etc.
4. Electrochemistry organic products Butanedioic acid and Glyoxalic acid are used in the fields of food, medicine, fine chemistry,etc.

Our enterprise owns tow holding company: one is Establishes Changzhou often the cyclopentadiene biochemistry project limited company which founded in 1993 and went on the market in Hongkong in June,2002. Now it is named Changmao Biochemical Engineering Joint-stock Limited Company which engaged in producing high-tech biochemical products derived from Maleic Anhydricle, such as the L-Malic acid, L-Aspartic acid, L(+)-Tartaric acid, fumaric acid, etc; another is ChangJing Chemistry Co.,Ltd which founded in 1999. It mainly produces National"the Ninth Five Year Plan" tackle key products-- the rubber bond resin and the excess weld resin.
